“Learning Dino” will happily offer you a product exchange if a request is received by us within 4 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in the original packaging, unused , and in a resalable condition . Further, items that are non-returnable are mentioned hereafter. 

We can either refund as store credit in case you want to utilize it at a later point or we can refund it to the source account. 

We offer full replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. To know more, read our shipping policy. 

 

Cancellation Policy 

 

In case, you want to cancel an order, please write to info@learningdino.com within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped out. If you place a cancellation request after the product has been shipped out, we will be unable to recall it. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 2-3 working days after the cancellation request is duly processed by Learning Dino Customer Support Team. 

 

How do I initiate a return request? 

 

Write to us at “info@learningdino.com” within 4 days of receipt of the product along with pictures of all the contents of the package and the true reason for return. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will be processed only if the query is raised within 4 days of receiving the product. Any concerns beyond 4 days from receiving the product will not be entertained. 

 

Can I return a part of my order? 

 

Yes, A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any singular product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. 

 

How does the pick-up process work for returns? 

 

We provide reverse pick up at selected pin codes. As per the courier company policy, ideally, we receive the shipment back within 10 days. If the courier company is unable to pick up after two attempts, you are responsible to ship it back to us. In case the courier company is delaying pick up, let us know on our customer service email id. Some pin codes are also not feasible for a reverse pickup, in which case we will need to ask you to ship it back to us. If you ship it yourself, ship it using a reputable service that provides tracking service. Mention your name, order number, and "Learning Dino" clearly on the package so that your return can be processed smoothly without delay. Currently, we do not offer reverse pick up services outside India. 

 

How do I know about the status of my return request? 

 

Once your original package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a new product will be dispatched to you depending upon availability not later than 1 month. In case the product is discontinued or not available, we will provide you with coupon codes of the same value which can be redeemed on Learning Dino.com to purchase other products or we will refund the amount to the source account. 

 

By when do I expect to get the refunded amount? 

 

We take a lot of efforts to curate the best products for you. Therefore, we encourage exchanging of the product rather than refunding. But if you want refund for your product, it will be only approved if it is a returnable product and it has been validated by us after return. Your order value will be refunded to your original payment method which will reflect the refund amount within 5-10 working days from the date of approval of the return request. For COD refunds, a we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 48 business hours of us receiving the products and your bank details on email. It may take additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. For COD refunds, amount will only be refunded in the form of store credits. These credit points will be redeemable with one calendar year. You may choose to apply these points at the payment confirmation stage at the time of placing your next order with us. For all payments made through zest money, you will have to contact zest moneys customer service for grievances. 

 

Items that are non-returnable. 

 

There are certain situations where the exchange/refund/return is not granted. They are as follows 

 

  • Orders placed for Books and flashcards cannot be returned. 

  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery. 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reasons not due to our error. 

  • Items with obvious signs of use 

  • Discounted products are not eligible for return 

  • Special order and custom-made items cannot be returned. 

 

Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
